DiMOO, s. r. o. was established in 1992 as a small company of 8 people. Originally it operated in the field of the cooperation in the metal production. In the course of the further years the company started specializing owing to the experience from the field of processing the leather and upholstery, for the production of leather, leatherette and textile components and the car interior accessories. At the beginning of 1993 the cooperation with SKODA , a. s. and it became the supplier of leather, leatherette and into leather coated parts into the models Favorit, Forman, Felicia, Felicia Fun In 1997 – 2001 the cooperation with Pegurform Bohemia , k. s. was established at the production of hyped-up parts and packing made of bubble foil for the fenders for the model of Skoda Fabia. At the same time the cooperation with the Metalex company regarding the production of the convertible top and leather accessories for Felicia cabriolet. , The new production premises was establishes in Ratibor nearby Vsetin partly so that it was possible to satisfy the demands of the increasing production and partly from the reason of bigger offer of the suitable labour (there are about 100employees working in the company at the present time). Owing to the company principle motto which is the quality the certified management system according to the ISO 9002 was introduced in 1999. In 2002 the cooperation with the Peguform Bohemia k. s. company went on and there was an increase for Skoda Superb. The cooperation with the German company HAAS GmbH and its daughter company HAAS Bohemia s. r. o. was established. One year later the workroom of Ratibor was moved to the more suitable spaces in the village of Hostalkova. In 2006 there was a continuation of the moving of the company, this time with the workroom of Zlin the spaces of which in ″Horakuv mlyn″ appeared in the demolition zone thanks to the construction of R49 express way and the workroom has been moved to the newer and more quality spaces in the village of Velikova near Zlin. The increase in the production for another customer – KASKO spol. s r. o. dates into this period, too. In the course of following year the company already operating in the new spaces was certified according to the ISO /TS 16949 standard and it established the cooperation with another daughter company of HASS – Hungarian company EUROSZO.
